1. Agreement

By using this website or engaging BONSAI AI for services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services. These terms apply to all visitors, clients, and anyone who accesses or uses our website.

2. Services

BONSAI AI provides AI automation services including, but not limited to: voice agents, website design, lead generation systems, CRM automation, content & marketing automation, and AI knowledge systems.

Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing for each engagement are agreed upon in a separate written agreement or proposal before work begins. These Terms govern the general relationship and your use of this website.

3. Payment

Payment terms are outlined in the project proposal or agreement for each engagement. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, invoices are due upon receipt. Late payments may result in paused or terminated work.

4. Intellectual property

Upon full payment for a project, you own the deliverables we create specifically for you under that project, unless the proposal states otherwise.

We retain ownership of general tools, frameworks, templates, and know-how developed independently of your project. This website and all content on it remain the property of BONSAI AI.

5. Confidentiality

We treat all client information as confidential. We will not disclose your business information, data, or project details to third parties without your consent, except where required by law.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

This website and our services are provided “as is.” We make no warranties, expressed or implied, about the accuracy of information on this website or the fitness of our services for any particular purpose. AI systems can produce unexpected outputs — we will work with you to refine and improve any system we build, but we cannot guarantee specific results.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BONSAI AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

You agree not to use our website or services for any unlawful purpose, to violate any regulations, or to infringe on the rights of others. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.

9. Governing law
